Funny Quotes

I may be a little biased, but I think Raegan is one of the most hilarious, witty little kids I know. The things she says has me rolling on the floor sometimes, and I just wanted to document them on here to remember them.

This conversation came after Raegan and I had been discussing how we don't run away from mommy in the parking lot or the road because of how dangerous cars can be...

Raegan: Oh no, my puppy's ball went in to the street.
Me: It's okay, I will go get it.
Raegan: Okay mom, but watch for cars first because you could get hit, and then you would be gone, and then I would be sad.

This conversation happened as we were on a walk...

Raegan: Mom, when I am a mommy, I am going to push Addison in her stroller.
Me: Well, when you are a mommy, Addison will be grown up also.
Raegan: How come I can't push Addison in her stroller?
Me: Because when you are a mommy, Addison will be big also and you will have your own babies to push in their stroller.
Raegan: Aw, how come you don't want to share your baby with me.
Me: (lots of laughing)

Sisterly Affection

How cute are they? I had them in Raegan's bed before nap time and was reading a book to them.

Then Addison started to slip a little towards Raegan's side of the bed, and started a little hair pulling, and a little arm flailing, and then Raegan started to fight back, and here are the results...

All while Mommy was taking pictures, HeHe! They have to learn to work their differences out on their own, right? =)

Disclaimer: I broke up the fight right after I finished documenting it.

Getting so big!

Addison is almost sitting up all on her own. She can sit up for about 20 seconds and then she tips over again. I give another day or two before she has it down.

Santa!

Our town of Surprise had Santa come to the Pro shop at the Stadium where the Rangers have spring training one night last week. Justin got home from work early and we decided to go and get the girls pictures taken with him. Well, that was a bad idea. We woke Raegan up from her nap and so she was already in a bad mood I (in our defense, she had already been napping for 2 1/2 hours, that is why we woke her up). Then we get to the stadium and the line was so long. We decided to stand in it because I thought surely it won't take that long for it to move. Wrong! We finally got to sit on Santa's lap 2 hours later after standing out in the cold. I got one picture where Addison was actually looking at the camera, but Raegan was not, and then one picture where Raegan was looking and Addison was not. Typical! But, they are still cute and document the occasion, so that's all that matters. If I happen to go to the mall again between now and Christmas, I may consider trying the mall Santa.

Enjoy the pics...

Oh, and did I mention that there was supposed to be this thing called a "balloon glow" there? We had no idea what it was, but when we got there, it happened to be a big hot air balloon that was yellow and sponsored by Wendy's, that they would shoot the flame up in to make it light up. Raegan HATED it. So much that she was freaking out screaming, running away, and telling us she wanted to go home. The combination of that and the bad attitude from being woken up from her nap, we were almost ready to go home, but we stuck it out. She hopped in to our friend's stroller and put the hood down so she couldn't see it, and we fed her popcorn to keep her happy.
